Ergo light had access. Now, had they written her name at the same time, then it would have actually canceled both of their activations and as a result, the entire finale could have gone entirely differently. Maybe even made them suspect the one that x-kira had was a fake as he would have written the name of somebody still living in the copy they took and copied. But alas. Though after awhile, the bosses start having their type revealed in the convo before fighting them so it cuts down guessing their weaknesses a bit. But even that doesn't help a ton.
