Hey now, I still lift when I have my supplements. i've been out of preworkout for a month or so and haven't lifted since, but i've also been starving myself the last couple weeks b/c of poorness and shit so i lost some weight

my point is i may not be super buff and ripped anymore but i'm definitely not fat yet, either

also i could easily get to my old form within a few weeks i just need preworkout or else i cannot do shit
