No, they don't kick ass at counter-strike.
I guarantee you that.

Vsync should always be disabled if you don't have screen tearing. It's there to prevent screen tearing and is basically useless if you don't have any screen tearing.
And on top of that it creates noticable input lag. That's why it's hated with passion among competitive gaming communities.

As for FPS, this is a great video:

Skip to around 1:50 for the important part.

Also, even if you can't see your FPS, your mouse movements feel a lot smoother the more FPS you have.
In source games for example, you get screen tearing if your FPS drops below 2x refresh rate.
That's why all Counter-Strike players aim for 300fps on 144hz monitors.

Vsync is complete garbage, always try to avoid it.
Why do you think they're replacing it with g-sync and freesync?

Well, I have trouble falling asleep, even if I slept for less than 6h the previous night.
When I do fall asleep, I'm not waking up by myself for the next 10h.
Using alarm is fine tho, I have no trouble getting up.
But, I'm not a morning person. I'm just gonna wake up, get dressed and go.

Another reason for not drinking coffee is that I'd probably have digestive issues because of it.

I bought it around Christmas for 10$.

The core gameplay is pretty great, obviously has it's issues and occasional bugs, but it feels great.
Everything else regarding the PC version is trash.
Optimiziation is trash, servers are trash, cheaters are running rampant online and they never get banned, myteam cards are way more expensive than on consoles becauseof small playerbase and 2k blatantly tries to money grab in every game mode.

But if you have friends to play against, or if you're just gonna play single player mycareer or GM mode with regular rosters, it's well worth the money.

So you either skip the sidequests or play the story overleveled.

Idk man, I'm not an American so maybe it's different.
But over here every Catholic consists of:
Gathering in front of the morgue to pay respects to the family.
(There's a nice room where the body's displayed and everyone comes to pay respects.)
Then when the body gets loaded into the car for transportation to cemetery, the guy plays a requested song with his trumpet, no more than 3mins and everyone's on their way.
Then on the cemetery, while they're lowering the body, he plays it again and that's it.
There's at least 3 ceremonies per day at my local morgue and the guy can certainly attend at least two.
Since there are not many people who play the trumpet at funeral, it's easy money.
