there's jobs but it doesn't cover the basic necessity's of life because it doesn't pay enough, food stamps as a safety net is doing its job good. though they need to fix the exempt list for the mental or physical disabled if they're getting kicked off.

It really is not. It's just a hidden fee that usually goes to the restaurant.

And I'd pay $3-4 and I wouldn't use a twenty. Having to separate your tip from the rest of the money can be a pain.

I'd give you 10-1 odds that the driver gets $2 per delivery.
