He's not wrong. There's been twice as many white people killed by police this year than black people, but how often has the media reported on those?

The media chooses which things to talk about for ratings, and therefore makes it seem like an everyday occurrence to simple minded folks who just read headlines and can't comprehend that these are outliers in the big picture.

There's about 6 times as many white people in America, so statistically speaking, it's incredibly disproportionate.

Daily pot smoking tends to lower people's ambitions in life. I've only met one or two successful people (or well on their way) who smoke pot everyday or almost every day. 90% of the ones I came across throughout my early 20s were pretty much what the average person would consider a loser. No ambition, lazy, just wanting to sit around all day and smoke weed.

Weed tends to do that to people. People who smoke it tend to generally be high all day and even go to work high. Whereas most people who consume alcohol are not drunk all day long, only consuming a few drinks in the evening or occasionally splurging on the weekend by going out or something.

They likely don't have much ambition to begin with. It's not like marijuana makes you less ambitious. Those people are making the active choice to not deal with daily responsibilities in favor of engaging in a recreational activity. The problem is them.

And the reason people don't drink all day long is because being drunk is a much more intense state than a typical marijuana high. It's actually not difficult at all to still do things normally while high. Being drunk is a whole nother story. You CAN reach a level of drunkenness where your id has almost completely taken over.

I had one guy give me the "the customer is always right" card after his card got declined. He insisted that, somehow, I just wasn't letting it go through (because I gain sooooo much out of not letting customers' cards process). I told him, no, your card has just flat out been declined and he told me "Well the customer is always right!"

i don't view using VATS in 3 or NV as negative at all. i enjoyed VATS. but regardless of personal preference, if you had a high enough guns/small guns stat, it was very much feasible to forego VATS when using sniper rifles in both 3 and NV. in fact once you get it to max it can actually be more effective to not use VATS.

Nothing is inherently wrong with VATS. The problem in previous Fallouts was that your playstyle had to be used exclusively around it provided you weren't using sniper rifles. It limited how you could play the game.

No it's not. They let you do a "targeted shot" but the concept and implementation of V.A.T.S. did not exist until F3.

It's the exact same thing. Literally.


The only thing Bethesda did was name it and give it a lore-based reason for existing. It was a staple carried over from previous games.

If it existed for the reason you say, then it would exist in the Elder Scrolls series, too.

One thing I have to truly commend this movie on is that, like the MCU, it kinda points out the ridiculousness of its storyline, but does it in a bit more of a lowkey way.

Diana kinda just goes "I was sculpted from clay and Zeus gave birth to me, now my mission is to destroy Ares the God of War" and Steve is just like "Umm...okay".


It's a BIG source of the humor in this movie, and it works.

Honestly surprised by Gal Gadot's performance as Wonder Woman. She was a very likable Princess Diana, and the movie managed to write her in such a way where she was naive, but not stupid. And I actually bought the romance between her and Steve Trevor.

Not that there's anything wrong with saving money, but at least be smart and considerate. Almost no extreme couponers are like that. They'll:


- Try to do their extreme couponing during peak hours
- Demand that you do multiple transactions for them to get around coupon limits, even with a rollercoaster line of people waiting behind them
- Mindlessly throw a bunch of coupons at you and expect for you to sort everything out
- Not read half of the damn coupons they have and fail to recognize that the coupon is either expired, only valid for 2 or more or doesn't apply to what they're trying to buy
- Decide the entire transaction isn't worth it because one .50 coupon didn't go through, even if they're already getting $150 worth of stuff for 15 bucks
- Act dumbfounded when their $2.00 off coupon doesn't work on a 35 cent transaction
- Buy everything off of the shelf, not because they need it, but because they have coupons for it. Then we have to explain why shit is always out of stock to other customers

Fuck 'em. Entitled, selfish, greedy bastards >:(
