It's been foreeeever since I last played Crash, but from what I remember, it was pretty difficult to begin with.

There were a few parts that were difficult, but overall it wasn't too bad. Have 20 of the 26 gems and then will move onto getting the relics.

I know I have roughly 3-4 sentences before players won't remember half of what I said.

My playgroup remembers things better than I do sometimes. I don't do long monologues often (only when there's a major shift in the story usually), and they typically seem to like them.

The trick is to make it at least somewhat interactive. If they can respond to one or two things during the speech, they'll usually pay way closer attention.

Normally I just improv it, but short of killing someone in the very next session, they can't avoid me getting up on my soap box and talking for 15 minutes.

In most circumstances though, you are 100% correct. It's a colossal waste of time. Even this one, I left it a bit open ended at some parts as I know they'll interrupt me as I'm going through it.

The best odds if you haven't been using Yojimbo in the past is somewhere in the realm of 500,000,000 to get the best odds.

The more you use Yojimbo though the more he likes you (assuming you are giving him money) and the more likely he'll be to use Zanmato.

Zanmato isn't guaranteed, even if you pay an absurd amount of money. Though paying more obviously increases the odds of him using it.

Zanmato ignores resistance to instant death for whatever reason. I'm not 100% sure, but I think it works on literally every boss and enemy in the game.

A quick google search tells me Sin's Head is the only boss immune to it... For whatever reason.

tl;dr: His party (Liberals) wanted to change it to Ranked Ballot. The other major party (Conservatives) wanted it to stay as it is. The third large party (NDP) wanted it to be Proportional Representation. It was recommended to him that he hold a referendum to allow the people to pick what they want, but he thinks Canadians are too dumb to pick appropriately, so it stays as it is.

I'm a bit annoyed as this was one of his most major campaign promises, but I understand the struggles here. The liberals absolutely want it to be Ranked Ballot, as they'd basically never lose an election again if that were the case. The Conservatives want to keep the status quo as the left wing votes are currently split between the NDP and the Liberals, and allowing any other kind of situation (particularly ranked ballot) puts them at a severe disadvantage. And the NDP wants proportional representation as they often get a decent number of votes, but comparatively few seats.

Oh well. Guess it stays as it is.

Uber is so much cheaper than a taxi. Which is one of the main reasons it's so popular. Sure, the convenience of the app certainly contributed to its success, but without being a literal fraction of the price of a taxi it never would have gotten very popular.

Fuck that place. The dodging lightning trophy was literally the last one I needed to do to get the platinum trophy. I found it more enjoyable to grind out levels and spheres to complete the sphere grid than I did to dodge lightning bolts.

Got the Ninja. Also got my first (and hopefully only) game over. Completely forgot about Level 5 Death. Everyone was level 15. So grinded up to level 16 and I'll finish the library tomorrow.

The Ninja is already pretty bonkers. I gave her Barehanded to up her strength at the moment and she's doing so much more damage than everyone else.

I like the feel of the PS4 controller. It's great. The battery life in it is god damn horrendous though.

The Xbox One controllers are pretty sweet too, but the PS4 controller is just slightly better to me. It fits in my hand better I find.

It depends on your lifestyle. I personally tried it for a while and didn't like it, but I could see doing it if my day to day life were busier.

If you have an hour commute each way, 8 hours of work and an hour lunch, that's 11 hours of your day gone right there. Add in exercise and sleep and there's not much time left. If you can save an hour each day by not having to cook, that adds up fast.
