In the unlikely event we were to only get one, I'd say it'd be the Switch version. Because that would mean Square didn't care to localize it, and I feel like NoA would be more gungho than Sony or whoever about fronting the cost of localization. And then they'd just forgo the 3DS to bolster Switch sales.

Though on that train of thought, who even would be the most likely company to step forward and publish the PS4 version in the West if Square doesn't do it? Sony or some other third party?

Fire Emblem for Switch has a 2018 release date
Fire Emblem for 3DS comes out in a few weeks
Both were announced at the same time

Fire Emblem for Switch takes much longer because it's a "major console game"
And if Switch will replace the 3DS I am afraid that we will not get games like "Fire Emblem Echoes" in addition to the "major console games"

If you're trying to compare a console with a handheld, you should be looking at how long it took from Awakening's announcement to its release, not a title that's a) a remake, thus already having the groundwork laid out for it, and b) capable of reusing many assets from the previous two Fire Emblem games.

edit: Which was 1 year and 7 months from initial announcement to English release.

Maybe around ten times a year or so. Never at night. We see no reason to pay full price when matinee prices exist. And the only times we get anything at the concession is when we've earned enough rewards points for a free popcorn or whatever.

The good thing is we've got this Luxury+ theater so we get to sit in nice comfy recliners.

Yeah, I think Conquest has better characters overall. Especially the siblings and child units. Azama, Orochi, Setsuna, and Kaden were the only standouts in Birthright for me.

I don't really remember much about II, but I played the PS1 version. I know I didn't beat it, but I feel like I must've gotten fairly close. I do know I didn't hate it or anything, though. The "level" system is certainly different, but I was overall okay with it.

Microwave, though I don't eat them very often. Only ones I do eat any more are these teriyaki chicken/beef yakisoba things. Actually I guess these frozen shrimp wonton ramen bowls from Costco count.

Back when I ate Top Ramen, I liked to cook it in the microwave, and then drain almost all of the water before adding the seasoning. Made for a stronger flavor.

I've only played the GBA and DS versions of IV, but the DS is way better. 3D graphics and thus more cinematic cut scenes, voice acting (I don't know if people had a problem with it, but I don't remember thinking there was anything wrong with it), and the Augment system is really cool.
