Is that her Japanese name?) starts off as really incompetent and you can't really see how she can handle being not just a Sailor Scout, but the leader. You do know that she gets there via the whole future her stuff, but you're supposed to sympathize with her (or her teammates) in her inexperience. The show moves forward with her overcoming that.
