Men overall are more loyal than women, women have a habit of being social climbers.

I've had my fair share of short and long term relationships and the other types in between, and i'm honestly more than happy to just be single and not be bothered with women for a good while. Its too much of a pain in the ass to wade through all the opportunistic selfish drama llama baggage filled little girl in a grown womans body garbage to find an actual decent woman these days.

And even then, just general drama of certain types seems to be a constant with all women period, and i despise drama with a passion the shit makes me sick.

Great example, there was a time where i was seeing someone, not dating, not a relationship, we hung out, chilled watched movies got take out, went out, really enjoyed each others company. So after a normal night of, you know, the whole night, in the morning she wants to go some more.

Me: i'm really sorry im just tired, i worked six days this week really burned out specially after last night lol. I just wanna sleep in a little more for a bit first

Her: THATS NOT THE REASON, WHY DON'T YOU WANT ME!!! ;__;

Me: lol are you fucking kidding me jfc alright i'm out *gets dressed in 5 seconds and walks out the door*

Her: (surprised like her outburst is not only normal but nothing to make anyone disgusted and uncomfortable, like she didn't just do it or something) Where are you going?!?

Not exactly an example of womens poor loyalty, but the drama. But it does lend itself as a reminder that most women are an unstable emotional mess along with their weak self esteem, and they're honestly lucky to have any guy put up with their fucking crazy bullshit. The ones that have the gall to bail on a decent loyal dude that treats em right to "trade up" in their minds, those are just amoral pieces of shit tbh

If your story is true, then she probably thought you were an asshole, and told all of her friends about how much of an asshole you were.

I doubt she saw any error in her actions.

How do you deal with them?

First off the best thing to do is get checked out by a doctor, like a full check out blood work and all, that way you can tell yourself "i dont have a heart condition, or bad cholestorol etc im perfectly healthy, my mind is just winding itself up into a negative feedback loop, i'm fine everythings fine"

Also you can google diets that help curb/prevent anxiety, stuff like omega 3 (which comes in capsule form) is not only good for blood pressure but brain health. Keeping busy, and exercise is good, releases good endorphins.

I tried everything except medications, because honestly I found the side effects (suicidal tendencies etc) to be scarier than the panic attacks and I wanted to beat it without pills. Everyone gets anxiety for different reasons, mine was from an ex that pretty much ruined my life and plans for the future at the time, so luckily as time went on eventually i was able to cast it off. Aside from lifestyle changes you also have to confront and cast off whatever mental, psychological or emotional demons that are at the root of whats causing the anxiety, if you are aware of them.

If there are none, you have to train yourself to be good at mind over matter, which is another word for self control. To be able to control what stresses you out, and how much etc. I feel that there's really no easy answer or solution to anxiety, its something you really have to work hard at getting rid of

Yeah, I've had blood work a couple times, even an ekg. There was an abnormality with thyroid, but otherwise healthy. I was prescribed meds for the thyroid, but I didn't like the way it made me feel, so I stopped taking it. I really should go back, I just can't be bothered.

One of the first things I do when I feel a panic attack coming on, is attempt to rationalize it. Sometimes it works, sometimes I just have to set there and suffer and wait it out.

Just setting there playing a game, and then "Oh shit, here I come to torment you! No reason, just deal with it!".

Heart races, hard to breath, clinching in pain. Not "real" pain, or so they say, just physiological.

Left arm goes numb, breathing intensifies, though it's still difficult to breath.

Million thoughts racing. "I'm about to die."

Logically, I know what's happening. I know, logically, that I'm not actually DYING.

Even so, it's damn convincing.

I just like it when characters stay true to their classic selves, as I know them. Don't care about everyone else. I mean, I don't go around making topics about it, or anything, nor do I complain verbally to complete strangers. I'm in this topic now, because I'm at work, and bored.

I do kinda smirk, though, when I think about a character who's almost always/always depicted as a different ethnicity, other than white, and then they are shown as white in a movie. I laugh at the absurdity of the shitstorms that flow from something like that, but then those same type of shitstorms aren't allowed when vice versa happens.
