I believe there was an Alien skull that could be seen at the very end of the second Predator movie, in the ship.

Dunno if it was just an easter egg that turned into an idea to make the AvP movies or if it was planned already and that's why they included the skull.

Not sure how the people behind the two series are connected, if at all. Maybe some of the same people behind both films?

I liked the first 3, I haven't seen any of the ones past that.

The first few are still somewhat realistic and believable and I enjoyed the whole underground street racing scene they tried to portray. The newer ones just seemed like over the top action flicks, which didn't interest me.

tbh, I didn't even look. It was also dark. I felt a chia forest with my hand and that was enough for me. TBF, she was kinda weird in general. Either you have horrible taste in superhero movies or you're a DC guy.

I'm not really into comics in general. That is probably more the issue. I enjoyed the first Iron Man, and the ones that everyone else likes. The Avengers films and Winter Soldier (even though WS was nothing special, a pretty generic action flick).

But yeah, I enjoyed the darker and "more realistic" comic book movies like Logan or the Nolan Batman movies. There is more to them imo.
Nothing exciting about 10 super heroes going at it, when you know exactly that not one of them will die.
