Meanwhile the guy everybody raves about (Waver) doesn't really do anything for me outside of his 20-30% NP charge skill. I barely even bring a Support that isn't Jeanne now

Waver isn't an amazing 5* right off the bat. He becomes incredible as you ascend etc
