So far as a disorder is concerned and this off in the weeds argument you two have over it, I've really only head it applied two ways medically: genetic disorder and mental disorder, where the former is genes splitting and developing wrong, and the latter is the mind developing/acting wrong. I haven't heard it actually used medically to describe things like cancer, but I don't see why the terms couldn't be used interchangeably. It becomes hot enough that when I did reattached the joycons and removed it to play it as a handheld the little metal connector on the bottom is hot enough to burn. I had my shirt off and I reclined in bed so I rested it on my chest and immediately there was a pinpoint scalding like when you put your hand on a hot pan handle and you recoil without thinking. It was an actual hot bite off of the metal charging port on it's bottom. I felt it more and it is definitely hot enough to burn if left touching something long enough. Very surprising. That's not supposed to happen. I'd invoke the warranty on it and tell them you're pretty sure it's a fire hazard at this point, generally when electrical components get abnormally hot like that it's a capacitor or whatever that went bad and is blowing up, or you have otherwise arcing electricity. I'm still not convinced I'm on great meds, just some Lexapro in the morning and my overall anxiety/depression levels are still moderately high, but no panic attacks, no insomnia, and I've got healthy coping mechanisms at this point. Getting better is an active process. It takes time and energy. Things won't change if you do nothing. Mostly you just need to identify the thoughts that begin obsessions/compulsions and use self talk to change those.
