In such a society I would still be considered a male. A perfectly opposite set of gender roles would result in the same gendering as we use, the difference would be in what is considered the norm. Not sure what you are trying to say with the tomboy and lesbian part. Our society does consider them to be female, so reality is consistent with my logic here. To make the culture change actually interesting you would need the two to have different numbers of genders.
