it just depends on what your into i guess and like i said eventually something will peak your interest i usually don't read image but sometimes something comes along that interests me like the upcoming moonstruck book

Nothing Big or Major has been floating around dark horse as of late the last few times i checked

regardless of what you think...it's no secret that marvel's kind of in a messy spot right now so messy that they think launching an x-men book(Astonishing X-Men)where each issue is drawn by a different artist in an ongoing story arc is a great idea

they are different because they publish a wide variety of books...books that the creative team actively wants to make and are to make however they wish without editors butting in to tell them what they can and can't do

Marvel and DC have that too, it is called MAX and Vertigo. Also Dark Horse does a lot better job at that then Image does.

I mean if you like Image, then fine. But honestly I see nothing in them that I can't get elsewhere and typically at a better quality.

Vertigo is basically dead at this point and when the hell was the last time Marvel had A Max Book?...

Image Comics is typically where a lot of big name writers go to push forth their original ideas because anything really goes there for the most part and they see the most profit from their books that sell over at image as opposed to what they'd write for marvel or DC

Yah the vote turn outs will be low at first, but they will increase and I've been getting almost double responses. Maybe you shouldn't have chosen complete scrubs like animal man then? yeah i kinda agree it was the best animated x-men but that isn't saying much since there was only two other animated x-men series after this

Archie is a terribly boring character even in the riverdale tv show he's like one of the worst characters....

wanna know what's funny? they put out a digest size book called Riverdale Digest#1 with reprinted material from the archie reboot books calling them the stories that inspired CW's Riverdale

even though the reboot archie stories are nothing like the riverdale tv series where the entire focus was on a murder mystery

the cover is even a promotional poster for riverdale(With Black Josie...though reboot josie is white so that would bring confusion)

they killed archie in a series called life with archie that showed two what if universes one where he marries betty and one where he marries veronica because they couldn't just make archie make up his mind for once they just had to do a big what if series and let the readers decide for themselves which was better for archie

in the end he died in that book to save his gay friend but it had nothing to do with the main archie books which were still trapped in the perfect 50's utopia landscape
