The victim told investigators he screamed "rape," kicked the attacker and tried to run away, but the male grabbed him and again threatened him with the knife, the documents said.

The male then ran off, the documents said.

Semen found in the alcove matched a DNA sample previously taken from Dozier in an unrelated case that was on file with Maryland State Police, the documents said."
