Ross never really cheated on Rachel, this isn't even an argument on "we were on a break". Ross was raped by the copy shop shop girl. She saw he was in a depressed mood and proceeded to get him drunk so she could sleep with him.

It's actually not. Helldivers had stated players needed a PSN account for their game before the game was available for preorder. What happened was it's launch was awful and trying to link your PSN account to the game caused the game to crash. So Arrowhead disabled the requirement while stating it would be temporary.

The same rational Ubisoft, EA, Microsoft and many other game companies use. They just want to push people to have an account with them and how that leads to them doing more.

Hiring off of merit is a fantasy. The idea that the "best"person for a job will get hired is something that has never been true. The reality is that there rarely is ever a person who is clearly the best and instead hirings are based off of subjectivity.

It's becoming more common since cities realize they can pass that responsibility to HOA while still collecting the same amount of taxes. Additionally, it's becoming harder and harder to find homes that aren't part of a HOA, specifically newly built homes.

A mix of both. Its clear that the devs were inspired by pokemon. But it is also true that a lot of pokemon designs are low effort changes from real life/fictional creature that existed prior to pokemon and as such any other game devs that are also equally "lazy" will have similarities. Additionally, many people are going to extremes in comparison, acting like a pal is a mix of 2-4 different pokemon and they aren't even able to agree on what the mixes are a lot of the time.
