It's not the backyard it's in the road or others yards. The leave a giant mess everywhere. The taunting consists of taunting. The parents aren't even home most of the time. The "oldest" who just turned 10 is in charge

Kids are loud when they play, that's just how they are. You can talk to your neighbors about their kids messing with your dog, but not a whole lot you can do about the noise

I can report them to dcfs for letting their less than 6 year old kids being left outside without supervision all day

My problem is they aren't being watched. Kids still get abducted in this day and age. That also doesn't excuse them taunting my dog when I take him out.

They have three kids under the age of 6 that are left to their own devices outside all day. They're loud and obnoxious, make a mess of everything and taunt my dog. Getting damn tired of it
