Better than 1 in that it's arguably scarier, bigger, and there's a cool aspect with the protagonist of 2 that is very uncommon in this genre. And the Scoring and soundtrack is top notch once again. It will always be better to have bought in the past but that's how it works. Every year you wait it you're hurting yourself. Fixed rate rent for life is incredibly advantageous to most people. Just learn to commit. Putting extra money towards your mortgage is essentially okay and exactly why the 30 rate will always be king.
