Yeah I eat it quite often. If I am cooking beef I often steal/cut a bit to eat raw. heck one time I bought an eye of round and I kept cutting bites off it I actually had to go buy another as I had eaten half of it and didnt have enough to cook.

No story it is just something I was raised doing, my mother eats raw beef, and got me started on it, and even her mother taught her. Heck my niece likes raw beef too, she thought it would be gross, but loved it after trying it.

It is especially good frozen and sliced thin.

Normally, when somebody posts a video without context, especially one that appears to be promoting something, people don't just... Assume context.

I have eaten raw beef, but never tried raw chicken. Well sometimes when I grilled chicken it was underdone, but that would be the closest I have come to this.

Have they actually posted otherwise?
