Ive ordered enough food to know that if any issues arise I talk to my delivery driver and not the restaurant. I feel like when situations get to this, the money/payroll they would have to spend on person #3 gets split between person #1&2 to make it worth I like this idea... But only as an option. I check the rundown for the day and that takes us from 3 people for the last two hours of being open and the closing stuff, to just two of us. First off - no. I don't want to work. I happily accept that.
