Jedi Master Luke enters a hut belonging to his temple while wearing his lightsaber. No problem.

Luke went to confront Ben apart from the others. Ben's asleep, so Luke uses the Force to examine Ben. Fine.

Snoke already turned Ben's heart. The vision of the future the Force gave Luke was damning. Upset, but okay.

Luke "in the briefest moment of pure instinct" ignites his lightsaber--an impulse he thought was long gone--but without thrusting or swinging the blade at Ben. Still okay.

Then Ben attacks Luke, Luke defends, and Ben collapses the hut on Luke, leaves Luke for dead, and goes on to destroy the temple and kill the other students. And goes on to lead his Knights of Ren to find inhabited targets for the First Order to attack, raid, or destroy at Snoke's bidding. Now, *this* is a problem.

So, in your view, Luke's mistake was NOT killing Ben? Killing Ben would have been far outside of Luke's character.

In the CW, even if you don't care for Fawkes as a companion, you should try to find and talk to Uncle Leo. :)

I could forgive everything you mentioned except for the attack on Ben.

This was the guy, the only person in the galaxy, who believed there was still good in Vader. He was willing to die because he believed it so much, he put his life on the line.

Nope, dont believe it. That ruined his character right there.

The three versions of Luke visiting Ben's hut while Ben was asleep were classic "memory bias" Rashomon [Gate].

Luke felt the seed of Ben's powers and the dark influence of Snoke's guidance on how to use them to destroy. Did Luke igniting his lightsaber trigger Ben's fear of Snoke's influence being discovered and galvanize him to follow a path of destruction? It's something that the vision didn't show Luke, so idk.

tl;dr Luke igniting his lightsaber then considering the consequences afterwards is 100% OT Luke [his character].

Hamill keeps having to repeat that he changed his mind about the movie after seeing it (that's his "A little.") and that he would not have criticized the movie before seeing it (that's his "Yes."). The "Not really." and the "You're welcome." are water-tight replies that don't leave any cracks for UPFs (what Hamill calls "Ultra-Passionate Fans") to take any more of his words and use them out-of-context.

What they mean is: "If the original account owner dies, we will not give anyone else access to that account."

If you already know all of the access information for an account, then Valve cannot prevent you from using it.

You seem to play New Vegas like I play Dragon's Dogma.

No. Printed dictionaries (updated after several years) are "stable reference" sources that cite well-defined and well-established uses. Without them, legally enforceable contracts could not exist; public services, manufacturing, transportation, and even grocery stores could not function.

On-line dictionaries (updated every few months) are "unstable reference" sources that compromise by, if necessary, citing trendy terms and showing the best possible ways of using them.

Let's see, I convinced the Khans to leave the Mojave (I know you can technically convince the Khans to ally the NCR but Bob wouldn't murder Papa Khan) and I just finished Veronica's questline. In the middle of the BoS quest which I'd have to do anyway for the NCR

I tried killing PK, but I hated the... "fallout." *boo!* lol

I reloaded and found another solution. It took longer and very high speech checks, but [to me] the results were worth it. Nobody died, CL lost support, and NCR gained an ally.

Basically all of the people, it's really not a subtle reference.

I own a first print GN of the mini-series, I saw Watchmen in the theater, and I've seen on-line references to it since then, but it still took me a while to figure-out where those original scenes came form. At first, I thought that the "crying Rorschach" panel reskinned actually was a reskin of the "crying Joker" panel (not Batman's Joker).
