This my fourth Christmas without my wife and it's still pretty hard for me. I still try to keep up my spirits for my son, but it's pretty hard. Especially with my job playing Christmas music for the last several weeks. She was always so excited for Christmas, even when were broke and couldn't really couldn't go all out for each other.

Funny story about the original. You remember the the scene where the raptor pops out from behind the breaker box? My mom yelled out "OH SHIT" in the middle of a very crowded theater to much laughing from those close enough to hear over the movie .

Im biased but I think the original intro is still the best theme song. I loved the 2nd show because of the guest stars and I liked the longer hour long format.

Even though gamefaqs skews older as a whole it never fails to remind me on a daily basis how much younger most of this site is than me. When I was young they were mostly playing reruns of the original 1969-1970 Scooby-Doo Where Are You! and The New Scooby-Doo movies from 72-73 and also The Scooby-Doo Show 76-78. I remember when the Scrappy-Doo shows started and were current in the early 80s and that was the last ones I watched.

To be a young child for a movie in 98 makes me feel old as shit hah.

My dude, I was pre-k when "A Pup Named Scooby-Doo" was airing.

Oh nice. I know there was a lot of hate for the suicide squad game but I grabbed it off of Amazon games over the summer. Haven't started it yet though. Still on my first playthrough of Tears of the Kingdom.

Growing up in my corner of Missouri, I've always thought those boxes a Hollywood myth. All our Chinese joints use styrofoam or plastic containers.

Their sale pages used to be created by their staff so it was curated and frontloaded a lot of good sales. Now it's just automated search results based on what you already own, which could be ok but means you won't get alerted about a lot of hidden gems. And there's so many more games on steam now compared to 10 or 15 years ago that it can take a while to trawl through stuff. And then there's the fact that some publishers just don't join in on the sales.

Ain't that the truth. Every sale lately I've just pulled up the list of sale games and just slowly go through them til I get bored and just go on to something else.

I haven't even bothered with following the BEASTly drama. I'm just more surprised that someone in charge of prime programming thought it a good idea to give him a game show that's basically the same as his YouTube videos. I only know of him through my son and what his videos are about. Beyond that, I'm in the dark.

They actually broke into regular programming to announce the charges. Literally, something that could've waited til the evening news.

Namekians grow faster than humans or humanoid characters. I get what you're saying though. The gap between Freeza and the beginning of the android saga was basically the same time gap in between piccolo hatching and the 23rd tournament and he was still bloody tiny.

I was afraid of that. The antagonist, from what I've seen in trailers, is basically Kimba. Is Disney trying to rub it in that the world knows Simba more than they know Kimba? Also, it's basically a prequel that we might've been curious about 30 years ago during the height of Lion King's success. Not so much now.

We were having them over 20 years ago after Columbine.
