__Kuge__ 07/10/11 5:09:00 PM #21	^Eff that I'd call them and let ask them if you got the job and when you begin work. Only after a couple times that they are like, "we haven't decided" or w/e just say don't bother but thanks for the opportunity and to call you when they made their decision. Don't expect to get the job but it shows them that your time is valuable and you are willing to work and want results now (which is nice if they ACTUALLY are in the midsts of finding someone and are just slow in the hiring process). Perhaps down the road they will call you but spend your time finding another job as opposed to waiting for a week/month hoping for a call. Besides, who would want to work for a company where management is indecisive? I'm more than likely gonna be in a partnership for an new anime site (can't get into much detail but we want to be THE anime source for everything anime). But since I only watch One Piece (and to a lesser extent..read Naruto in ages), I feel like when it comes to building a community...I can't be on the level with anime fans (particularly Shounen fans). I got many ideas on ways to engage new and existing fans to stay and use our site once it's made and will hopefully be relevant. In addition, I want to make sure this is the site for the people and would like to know what things are great/not so great about some anime sites that you notice.
