Up your arsenal shouldn't give you control issues at all. It controls the same as the PS3 ones because they added all those lock strafe modes and whatnot in it. Going Commando and the ones before though do control differently and perhaps somewhat worse. You get used to them after a while though.

well I use the old spice whistle for my text messages and that's always awesome :).
As far as ringtones go I've used Vegeta's theme for the longest time and sometimes I accidentally drop calls listening to its awesomeness instead of picking up the phone :P

Achievements >>> Trophies simply for the fact that Trophies are slow as hell to pop in games (massive delay from when you complete the required task) as well as the ridiculous long sync time to compare friends lists

Beyond my preference for the Xbox 360 controller it is basically fact that the 360 controller is superior for shooters and basically anything requiring precise control. The thumbstick positioning on the 360 controller is one that is natural for the human body and does not require contortion.
Other than that, Xbox Live as an online system trumps PSN resoundingly. Party chat would probably be the primary difference for me as well as the superior and faster system for inviting friends into games. Oh and updates are FAR, FAR quicker on a 360 than a PS3 with regards to both game and system updates.
Anyways, it doesn't matter much to me because I enjoy both consoles but there is no denying that online play is superior on the 360 and it doesn't take freaking forever for achievements to pop or to compare game lists with friends.

I'd say yes, it is still a solid game and a fun romp especially with a friend. The controls are the best in a Resident Evil series and it is pretty high octane all the way through. That being said, it is not a horror game in the least and nothing compared to RE 4 so don't go in with any expectations and it is a lot of fun.
Oh and the multiplayer modes are unexpectedly awesome as well.

It wasn't bad but it just doesn't stack up at all to the preceding Paper Mario games which were absolute classics. The stupid shifting from 2d to 3d got old quick and didn't add much to the game. Also, the story and characters just didn't have that charm about them that the previous games had and I had to force myself to finish the game :(

MGS4 is the best in the series and my second favourite game of all time so no hate for those scores coming from my end. GTA IV as well was a damn awesome game upon release. I enjoyed the new driving mechanics that were far more realistic than previous GTA games and really rewarded skillful driving.
TP's hate on the other hand makes sense to me. I loved the game and all but it really added nothing new to the franchise and I hated how much padding there was to the length. This was especially apparent when you had to become a wolf and collect the light every time you entered a new area. It just got repetitive as hell and the final boss wasn't much of a payoff either (avoiding spoilers). I am cautiously optimistic for skyward sword though so hopefully it can finally be the revolution the Zelda series needs.

Does Shadow of the Colossus count here? Obviously on a difficulty scale it doesn't deliver but definitely on an emotional level and it remains to this day one of the most memorable final sequences in a game to me.

Prepare to laugh out loud at a certain emotional scene late in the game where Dante's voice cracks :D
Oh and Easy mode isn't too bad but even there a certain boss near the end will make you quite angry. On Dante Must Die mode this boss has been the reason I have broken my one and only controller in my long life of gaming
