I work at a sleepaway camp during the summer since I never felt like doing any real work during the summer and found retail work to be boring but unfortunately the camp I ended up at isn't doing very well.

I was going to excoriate you for using the animated series' theme song and not the PBS gameshow's theme, but it turns out YouTube doesn't have the opening or closing credits anywhere. Stupid copyrights screw up everything.

Does your blog attract viewers? I mean, you seem to be trying to draw an audience from here, and that's cool and all, but do you get eyes from other parts of the Internet? In other words, are you making money off of your blog just yet?

I ask because I've got a BA in Political Science, and unless I start writing or something, I may as well wipe myself with it and flush it away. I'm trying to figure out some way to write something that people will read.

I think a large part of the decision is where we're carving the faces. If it's in the East, then Miyamoto, Yu Suzuki, Yuji Horii, and Akira Nis***ani. In the west, you guys can argue it out because I don't play PC games and that makes my opinion moot.

Never finished Vagrant Story, but liked what I played. Xenogears fell apart during the second disc, and even though I could have gone on and finished whenever I wanted to, I just lost all will to even bother. Good first half, though. LoD... I started it, but really didn't like it. CC was a total c***tease (a new Chrono game? Sign me up!) and can go straight to hell.

I can't stand the TSA. You're pretty much forced to check baggage if you want to bring anything in a bottle home, and then there's no guarantee that it'll survive or not get stolen by TSA agents when you do. Then there's the time I made a trans-Atlantic flight and just needed to get to my car, but the TSA refused to let me bring a bottle of orange soda through the checkpoint leading to the exit.

3D Blast is pretty awful, IIRC. You can get that on Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection on either the 360 or (I think) the PS3. That'd give you a whole lot of Genny goodness for real cheap at this point.

No, just too old to care. If I want to see nudes, I can buy a Club magazine. That comes with a DVD. This just comes with a helping of shame and schadenfreude, which I'm simply not in the mood for.

They said this stuff about the PC dominating consoles about the same time the Pentium was first released. It really looked like the PC market was going to roll over the console market. Then the Playstation came out and consoles started to take back market share.

It's a back-and-forth thing. Mobile gaming is neat and definitely has a future, but it simply can't do things that consoles can.

I read today's top 10 list, and apparently there's this press text about the game:

You know, I keep wondering how so many of my viewpoints could be so radically different than the rest of Board 8. And then I see tonight, where Sasha Grey is absolutely routing Asia Carrera.

Now I understand. You've all suffered tremendous brain damage. There's no other explanation. I mean, on the one hand you have Sasha "I look like a meth head" Grey, and on the other hand you have Asia Carrera, who is not only hot but is also a member of Mensa.

That's all there is to it. Severe brain trauma.

I don't even know what I'm watching. They're jumping on a trampoline, and then the kid's got the guy in a head-scissors lock. I mean, why...?

So I stopped watching it, because the video was going nowhere but dark, dark places.

So far, I've only got two games I'm interested in: The Last Guardian (if it makes it this year) and Dishonored. There's probably more I'm not aware of.
