Soul Calibur 4's profiles were exactly the same as the arcade mode intros. Those aren't really profiles.

I am still excited for this game, because it looks incredibly fun. But something tells me that in order to really get my money's worth, I should join the tournament scene.

I think it's because most of us don't really like the True Ending, so nobody can consider it a perfect game. If you really did like what happened there, then go right ahead and give it a 10.

Soul Calibur II was my absolute favorite game ever back in the day. Still played the hell out of III and IV even when they weren't quite as good. And mimics aside, this looks to be the best one yet.

Pre-ordered it at Best Buy for Dampierre and everything.

I think it's better to let Garrus have his revenge, but it's important to talk to Sidonis first. Just letting him say "oh ****" and then dying isn't that satisfying a conclusion. Talking to him for a bit, letting him know that he's screwed, having them reminisce a bit, and then shooting him is the best way to handle it.

I thought 3>1>2>AAI>AJ was the common ranking of the overall games. Maybe switching 1 and 2 if you really liked 2-4 that much (though it's my favorite case in the series, still can't justify putting it above the original for me).

I find that in most fighting games, the AI is incredibly easy even set to the highest difficulty, except for bosses.

That said, SoulCalibur III had the biggest pain in the ass AI I have ever seen in any game, ever. Psychically reads your button inputs, and can break the rules of the game. They can throw-break back-throws, for God's sake! Only Voldo should be able to do that!

Luckily, I was happy with the roster before this **** occured. So I'm not cancelling my pre-order or anything, just a little disappointed.

And I'm actually more disappointed with Kilik's personality in this game than anything else. He looks like he went evil, and it looked like we'd get to see some kind of psychopathic, deranged Kilik, but he acts just like he did normally. Lame.

This is so much worse than the last Scrubs inequality topic. I had assumed the opinions there were universal. Now Charton's ruining everything.

MWC's list is good, though. I don't think Kim herself was that bad, but she was responsible for some of the worst plot arcs in the show, so her placement makes sense.
