Just started playing, the only champion I don't totally suck as is Ashe because apparently years of sucking at DOTA has qualified me for playing as a Drow expy. Katarina is also pretty cool early/midgame but then totally blows late-game (yes I stack AP) when they all figure out that they need to stun me. Random question, are any other champions obvious expys of DOTA heroes?

A few minor things you seem to be mistaken about... Tyrian = Tyrion. Dale = Vale. Dany was eating a horse heart not a human one. Theon is the name Stark's ward whose wang you saw. Pentos is the city where Dany and Viserys previously lived with Magister Illyrio. They left after Dany married Drogo, have been traveling across the Dothraki Sea (not an actual sea, but a large grass plain) to Vaes Dothrak (the sacred city of the Dothraki) which is where they are now.

First post-release DLC content released for DA2. It's about damn time! 07/26/11!!! Something something about an imprisoned Darkspawn and possibly having to do with Hawkw's ancestors. Who cares about the details, its DA2 baby and more of it.

I don't get why people take such issue with Necron. It's not like Kuja was a Sephiroth-tier villain who helped carry the game to greatness. If Sephiroth was hijacked by some random entity at the very end as the final boss I would've been annoyed. But come on, it's Kuja... who cares? To me the characters who mattered were Zidane/Garnet/Vivi and to some extent Freya/Steiner. Eiko is lol, Amarant doesn't do anything, and Quina is just annoying. But even the side characters were pretty interesting... Tantalus guys were cool beans, Beatrix was totally awesome, and Cid was pretty cool as well.

The final battle definitely bothered me. Not only was nobody around to witness Harry's epic defeat of Voldemort... but they totally cut any reaction scenes. Voldy died and then they show Harry walking through the Great Hall with people mostly hanging out. Could have at least had some kind of eruption of cheers when he walked in or something!

Eh did not enjoy any of the changes they made to the ending. I think they were trying to make it more epic but it just made it worse in my opinion. For example, Harry killing Voldemort should have happened in front of everybody with the eruptions of cheers when he does it. Instead he kills him alone and then they cut to Harry walking in the Great Hall with mostly everybody just ignoring him.

Eh you guys way overestimate AK. Spells are easily dodged/redirected/blocked otherwise whenever the Death Eaters fought the Order it would be over in 10 seconds based on whoever lands the first Stunner/AK/whatever . There is much more to a duel, you have to be fast, you have to use your surroundings, etc.

Honestly GRRM is not that great of a writer... He gets unnecessarily long winded all the time. Like the time Littlefinger explained why Harold was "the Heir" which for some reason necessitated going over like the entire Arryn family history.
