To be fair though, that happens because of dramatic pacing. The reason Rock vs. Cena will go last is not because WWE thinks it's the most important match, but because the FANS do, and what we learned from WM 18 and WM 25 (and to a lesser extent WM 27 even) is that it actually makes the title look WORSE to be defended in front of a dead crowd in the main event than it does to just put it on the undercard when the crowd can still be hot for it.
Rock vs. Cena will destroy the crowd. Nothing could hope to follow it barring, say, Austin coming out and challenging the winner. And while WWE has definitely crapped over the prestige of the titles in recent years, this particular case isn't their fault.
The same thing happens in MMA. Sometimes an undercard match between legends steals the show from the main event title match between two guys of lesser fame, which then happens in front of a dead crowd. They don't have quite the luxury that WWE has though of being more flexible with card order.

Because everything John Cena does is EPIC because he's John Cena, and everything the Rock does is EPIC because he's the Rock, so when they do something together it'll be DOUBLE EPIC. And everything that happens at Wrestlemania is EPIC so this will be TRIPLE EPIC which is of course the maximum amount that EPIC can be.
Well I can definitely admit that the quality of the match will hinge on how much Cena and The Rock mean to you as legends. If they don't mean anything special to you then the match will probably just be average to you.
It's Rock vs. Hogan lite. The reason the match is so beloved is not because of the match itself but because of the spectacle of 2 of the 5 most important wrestlers in WWE history squaring off. Cena isn't top 5 but he's definitely closer to #5 than he is to #10.
The match still has massive appeal to me, despite the often lame build, because of that. As a student of history, this match's magnitude is rarely equaled and even more rarely surpassed.

Do you think those interviews actually happen? Or does a writer just sit down and write the entire article himself?
I think they genuinely happen, and then management probably goes through it with a fine tooth comb editing it to make nothing out of place is said.
I mean, they corral the wrestlers for photo shoots all the time on show days, I don't think it would be too difficult to wrangle someone like Ziggler for an interview once a month.
WWE WANTS their guys to be media trained, and what better way to prep them than with the in-house media?

If I was to sum up his character really quickly I would say that he just has a sense of entitlement at being a 3rd-generation wrestler and he does not react well to adversity shattering his worldview that he's awesome.
