There was a severe and unexpected hate for Gen V Pokemon last round...
The object of this contest is to save your favorite (or just your non-least favorite) Pokemon, with the last remaining Pokemon of each day being eliminated. Well, I'll just go ahead and jump right into the rules.
Rules: - You may save 1 Pokemon every 30 minutes. - Pokemon need 6 saves to move to the next round. - To help prevent alt voting, accounts must be level 25 or higher to vote. - The last 4 remaining Pokemon will be eliminated from the contest. - Please do not edit your saves. If you need to change your vote for whatever reason, make a new post. It's too easy to miss a save that was changed via an edit. - You don't have to update the list with each post, as I'll be keeping track of it. Just state which Pokemon you want to save. - Rules will be updated as the rounds get shorter. - To prevent me from overcentralizing the contest with my own saves, I can only post if there are three or more posts between mine, unless a lot of time has gone between saves and I need to bump the topic.
This is the sixth contest, the first five being Bug, Electric, Dragon, Ice, and Steel. This time we have Normal. If this one finishes successfully, then I'll move on to whatever type has the most votes, etc... each Pokemon is eligible for both of its types, not just its primary type. In the case of Pokemon with multiple formes, each forme will be included, as long as they have different stats or types. The exception to this is Arceus, who will only be included in the Normal contest (as being in all 17 would be ridiculous).
You are able to vote for the type you would like to see done after the Normal contest is over. You can vote for any type not already done, and you can vote only once. You can also change your nomination later on, if you want. If you voted for Normal, you are now able to nominate a different type.
I don't necessarily hate it, I just like many of the other Pokemon over it. It would be cool if Castform got the Rotom treatment and changed its typing and stats based on the weather, though.
All of these contests involve people favoring trash, and they all make it to the top 10. Mawhile was like 4th place in the Steel contest, and Delibird was also 4th place in the Ice contest. I really don't understand what appeal people find in these things.
Someone save Rufflet!! Losing my 2nd and 4th favs in two consecutive rounds is atrocious.
That was a HORRIBLE round. I'm disappointed in this board.

TYPE NOMINATIONS (I'll update these later, kind of in a hurry to get this posted):
