Maybe they should have House team up with another doctor played by, let's say, Stephen Fry and the two of them could just participate in a variety of comedy sketches.

So there I am, poking around Game and what do I see? A nice shiny translated copy of the football RPG I've been desperate to come out in English since it first came out three years ago.

Day just got awesome.

Eh, Microsoft aren't the only company that do it. Pretty much any company, when you sign up for a years subscription, will auto-renew it when it expires. Amazon Prime for example. You can just go online to Xbox.com or whatever and change your settings. You can delete cards from there too if you want.

Well, none of his points really apply to me as I still love gaming, but an awful lot seemed to be just 'why aren't FPSs RPGs?'

Well, his shield is strapped to his arm isn't it? He could still hold the sword with the same hand then.

Yeah, censorship used to be pretty bad back in the day. But at least we can say ass on TV without it getting bleeped out.

I've got no problem with the new Dead Rising game. It's a complete new game, with a new plot and characters and with new areas and weapons, plus they're not selling it as a full price title. Compared to what Rockstar did with the retail version of Undead Nightmare, Off the Record is fine.

I thought about doing a Top Ten Video Game Swords that aren't Swords list, but couldn't think of ten. Also got stuck on my Most Womanly Women in Video Gaming list too.

I keep meaning to write up my Top Ten Manliest Men in Video Gaming who weren't in the last Top Ten Manliest Men in Video Gaming list list. I've got the ten figured out for that one though.

Yeah I communicate with my friends solely via the use of carrier pigeons. Facebook is too impersonal or some other complaint.

TopicHas anyone here played co-op in both Borderlands and Halo Reach?
FAHnboy
07/11/11 10:12:00 AM

I have played both in co-op, but with two different people so it's tricky to compare. Reach was played over two sessions in split screen in Legendary and was mostly fun because of how inept me and my friend are at Halo games. The other was played over several sessions online, so it might be different split-screen. We were gonna play it co-op but it doesn't allow you to play 4 player local over two TVs/consoles/games which is ****ing ridiculous.

I'd say Borderlands is a much deeper experience with the levelling and amount off guns and skill customisation, whereas Reach is something you can just pick up and play whenever especially with the online.

TopicRumors "PS4" coming 2012 with kinect-like motion controls
FAHnboy
07/04/11 8:07:00 AM

I'm all for motion controls. It's a fun way to get my more casual friends to play games at parties compared to shooters or racers where they just don't have the experience for it to be fun.

But I don't want motion control to be the default control scheme for a console. An optional extra like Kinect is fine.

I actually had an account from 2001 but it got banned in 04 when I made FAHtastic.

And I've no worries about losing any karma. Apart from the aforementioned banning, I think I've lost maybe 3 karma on this account? I've been modded a few times, in fairness, twice for spoilers without warning (one was overturned because they were fake spoilers), once for making a half-joke (and by that I mean it was half-joke and half-stupid) about America's gun culture and twice for making fun of Ulti.

I like a good delinquent protagonist in my manga, but I've run dry. I'd prefer something either funny or at least shounen. I've read and enjoyed so far:

Midori no Hibi
Angel Dentetsu
Yankee-kun to Megane- chan
School Rumble
GTO
Onidere
Kongou Bancho
Beelzebub
Hanza Sky

That I can remember.
