There was also this '' slave '' near Suran who asked for help and when I was done he tried raping my ass.. I knew of this quest but had never done it either, dude was a tad harder than I thought.

Yeah that's the one. It's close to Suran, one city that I never really spent time in, nor in its surrounding. Made the Slave Market my house (Killed the guy in because my girl hate slavery) and took his house. Couldn't free the slaves for some reason so I killed them and disposed of their corpse and I pretend they're free and gone. I guess those 4 were part of the impossible do free slaves.

Also just raided a tomb and there was a cursed chest that spawned 2 Champion Skeletons that kicked my ass until I realized I hate levitation pots, then I kicked their asses.

Oh mang, I just cleared a Sixth House base at level 1 (was 2 at the end).

Would've been much easier if I had silver arrows, but I had none so I was stuck killing him with a dagger.

This dude would've been hard if the layout of the area we fought in didn't give me the total advantage :



Still, I left the area with 125 arrows (I had 250), I'm glad I picked Marksman as a major because otherwise I would've died so much.

Also there was the Robe of St-Roris in there :



It's pretty sweet, Restore 15 Health and Fatigue, cast on use ! Pretty awesome when you have 37 HP.

Just counted all the NPCs in Oblivion (Including the expansions) because I'm very bored.

Total : 956 NPCs, most Populous cities are the Imperial City (obvious) and Leyawiin.

Also counted the NPCs in Morrowind's expansions : 117 in Bloodmoon and 117 in Tribunal, kinda cool that they both happen to have the same amount of NPCs. The brings the total of named npcs of Morrowind to 1572 and that's still not including the NPCs in the Wilderness and in caves, tombs, ruins and other remote locations.

They're better looking, but it's honestly not worth it that much to me. Buying a new HDTV isn't cheap. If I had infinite money I would buy a new TV sure, but I upgraded my computer and my laptop first. More important.

Also, HDTVs create problems with music games, which further deters me.

If I had infinite Money I'd have a huge ass room built with a projector so I could play vidya games on movie theater sized screens.

The difference is there yes and I can see it. But since the difference doesn't blow my mind (A.k.a SDTV are just fine) I consider it to be negligible.

But that might just be because I almost never use my TV, and when I do use it it's to play games that appear just fine on a SDTV (Ps2, Wii, other older gen consoles). I rarely play on my 360 and PS3 which are nowadays just used to watch videoclips and listen to music.

Like, come on, get with the times. I don't even understand how you can survive with an SDTV nowadays. I would die if I had to use one now.

I find the difference in the quality of the image to be really negligible, not worth spending big bucks before actually needing a new TV. I will get one eventually, but that'll mean that my SDTV died.

Added the Agi/Spe bonus and the armor skill penalties to the Thief sign
Put back the Magicka bonus of the Atronach at 2.0x and gave it 25pts spell absorption (Still a nerf, sign really needed a nerf)

Yeah, the problem with Atronach was it can't regenerate Magicka from sleeping, and completely eliminating spell absorb was nerfing it bad.

Or did you cut the Wombburn effect?

Yeah but not being able to regenerate from Sleeping is just a minor setback when you can easily get potions or summon an ancestral ghost and let it cast spells at you.

2.0x and 50% Absorption is OP
3.0x and nothing else feel underpowered

Not touching to the Thief birthsign really annoys me.. do you guys have any idea of what I could do to match this description?

The Thief is the last Guardian Constellation, and her Season is the darkest month of Evening Star. Her Charges are the Lover, the Shadow, and the Tower. Those born under the sign of the Thief are not typically thieves, though they take risks more often and only rarely come to harm. They will run out of luck eventually, however, and rarely live as long as those born under other signs.

The rarely come to arm part is taken care of, but not the '' take risk more '' thing. I feel like it is something that can only be '' portrayed '' by an attribute bonus but I don't know in what.

Made another mod, this time changing birthsigns. I think that now they're more interesting and unique.

Birthsign Balance Mod :

The Tower :

Made the Tower Key power an Ability granting +5 in Security

The Ritual :

-Removed Blessed Word, I thought 2 spells with the same effect was redundant
-Added Soul Ritual, a no cost Soultrap spell
-Added a Restore Fatigue effect to the Mara's Gift Power, originally the effect of Mara's gift could be achieved by drinking a mere quality healing potion, now the power feels more like a power.

The Steed :

-Added a -5 bonus to Willpower (Those born under the sign of the Steed are impatient and I thought that Willpower had something to do with patience)
-Added a new ability called Beast of Burden giving a permanent 25pts feather.

The Apprentice :

-Added a +5 bonus to Willpower

The Mage :

-Added a +5 Bonus to Intelligence and Willpower
-Added a -5 Bonus to Personality (Those born under the sign of the mage are arrogant and absent-minded)

Thief :

-No changes were made to the Thief sign. The ability by itself is strong enough and even though the description of the birthsign says that '' those born under the sign of the Thief rarely live older than those born under other signs '' it is still caused by bad luck and I felt reducing luck would be overkill since it's the hardest attribute to raise.

The Lady :

-Reduced the bonuses given by Lady's Favor and Grace by 5 (from 25 to 20 respectively)
-Added a new Power called Lady's Charm, a 25 pts Charm spell.

The Lover :

-Reduced the duration of the Paralysis effect by half, removed the loss of Fatigue

The Shadow :

-Added a new ability called '' Cautiousness '' that grant a permanent +5 in Sneak

The Serpent :

-Made Star Curse a Power, removed the Damage Health Effect
-Added a new Power called Star Blessing, a 60 second Restore Health, Magicka and Fatigue (Restoring 60 Health and Magicka as well as 120 Fatigue)

The Lord :

Probably the most affected Birthsign of the mod.

-Made the Blood of the North spell an Ability giving a permanent +20 in Endurance and a 20 points Fortify Health
-Replaced the 100% weakness to fire of Trollkin with a 25% Resistance to Common Diseases

The Warrior :

-Added a +5 Strength Bonus and a -5 Personality Bonus

The Atronach :

-Raised the Magicka bonus from 2.0x to 3.0x
-Removed the 50% Spell Absorption because this sign is made for mages and the 50% spell absorbtion made it extremely interesting even for characters not skilled at all in magic.

If you can think of something for the Thief Birthsign it could be nice ! Also opinions are welcome, if it is overpowered or underpowered I want to know !

Add more NPCs and Shacks, some outdoor merchants (Clothier, Pottery and Armor merchants) and 2 pubs : The Evil Mudcrap and the Red Lantern. Also add other stuff that is pretty.. interesting ! No quest in there though, there is enough content to make your own quests though !

Nothing unbalanced at all, the new merchants sell pretty basic stuff, it does allow a player to repair stuff since the new Armor merchant can repair, but that's alright.
