Pretty sure wearing your name tag on you hat isnt part of the standard uniform and Im also pretty sure corporate frowns upon it, but yeah this all reads like soft quittingUhh...yeah, it is? Been working 4 going on 5 years. Have done this for that much time because the nametag will often get knocked off if I put it on my chest, and it's much more visible right next to my face where people will be looking if they request it. Lol. Name tags must be visible when a customer is facing you. And even if my body is tilted, I face the customer when I speak so they'll always see my name.
And in number of those places it is the employees who load up pizzas for themselves using left over toppings. We never have leftover toppings, and we aren't allowed to take food home for ourselves unless we paid for it or it was a cancelled order. Boss is very strict about this.
On the flipside, it becomes totally legal if you donate to an organization that then passes the food off to strangers. A lot of super markets will do that, handing out food that hits the "sell by" date. But you still end up with stores tossing about 300 lbs of product per day as either garbage or compost as well.Yeah, we partnered with a local organization and the company gets tax breaks because of it. We just have to record how much we 'dispose' of, tag it and bag it. They pick it up every few days.
You want a sticker for your made-up story? Maybe a marble statue of you on the loo? Is that what you want!?Uhm. You do know that everybody clapped, right?
Wait now whats this about CE getting the LUE treatment? You only have access to CE if you joined within the past year or something. If you get a purg, you lose access.
https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/a/forum/b/b6c1c00a.jpgDoes this mean Fandom will FINISH. THE. STORY.
Bottom Shites...?
Ive put I think at least 20 hours into the game so I think I can weigh in on it:That's a fair opinion. Though I never got a GAAS feel from it. No ads for MTX or anything similar to that.
The main gameplay loop is very, very repetitive. There are a bit more than a dozen types of crime activities for you to stop, which seems like a fair amount at first, but you tend to stop between 6-10 crimes every single gameplay loop, so they tend to get stale fast.
Each of the characters having different strengths and play styles is nice, they all feel unique and suited for different things. But the controls sometimes feel clunky, and definitely not as fluid as the Arkham games.
The story is alright? Ill reserve judgment since I havent bothered to finish the game yet. The story missions themselves are fun enough, though. Its just the getting to them via the standard got out for a night on patrol gameplay loop becomes a slog.
I think honestly its a fine game, it just feels very games as a service at times and that rubs people the wrong way, especially when we have the Arkham series to look back on for comparison.
It's wokeYou're woke!
This has to be a joke. Saying you like it is one thing, (which I respect), but the best game of 2022? No way.As someone that didn't like God of War Ragnarok or Elden Ring, I'd agree with him. It's between this and Arceus. 2022 wasn't a great year for games imho. 2023 though...
Its a stupid multiplayer gameWhat makes it stupid? That it's multi-player? Or is there something else that makes it stupid, thus it's stupid, and then it's multi-player as an additional piece of info?
Nightwing is my favorite DC character so I had a blast with it, especially with the Jim Lee comic outfit. I played both solo and with my friend and she used Batgirl and we had a lot of fun. Been too busy with other games but I do plan on eventually playing it again with Robin, Red Hood and Batgirl.I did it as Jason and Batgirl, switched to Dick and Tim every once in awhile when I felt like it. Was very fun either way. Had a blast.
I think it not being part of the Arkham universe turned a lot of people off from it. Which is a shame cause it was a perfectly fine game. Nothing super duper groundbreaking but it was fun.Yeah, it was a good game. Not like...a transcendent experience like Arkham City but fun and good and even better co-op. They should have made it connected to Arkham instead of SSKTJL tbh.
Personally, I liked the game but found out I was playing it wrong for a good bit at the beginning.Wait, playing as one character wasn't the way to go? I've done that every playthrough and had plenty of fun and no issues lol. Though I have tried everyone at least once, I'd mostly stick to one character.
I didn't know switching between characters was a big part of it. Would have gone the entire game just playing as one knight.
As a Superman mark, you would think something where Batman gets 'got' would be among my top ten. I'm secretly waiting for DC comics to pull a narrative like this for Supes (but with Shazam and Supergirl among the Metropolis Knights).
Heard the gameplay loop wasnt much. A lot of the same mission types until the end of the game type of thing.I found the story related missions had a lot of variety, it's just the overworld crime missions that could get repetitive. Though I had no issue with that because the combat was fun. It felt no different from the Arkham games where you'd run into the same fights a lot of the time if you went along the same routes tbh.
Nah, I think you're over indexing on just how many diehard capeshit bros there are. I enjoy DC and Marvel and I couldn't give two shits about superheroes dying. The game flopped because of it being a shitty live service game with very uninspired repetitive and bare bones gameplay. Comic nerds with their weird para social relationships wish it failed because of the narrative, but honestly it was it simply just being nothing fun to play.I mean, most of the discourse online was about the story on launch day. Not about the gameplay. The gameplay, by all accounts, is the most praised aspect of the game.
No it really had nothing to do with any of that. It failed because it was a bad gameFrom what I hear, the gameplay is actually the best part of the game. I hear it's very, very fun and fluid.
People were pretty hyped about it during initial reveal. When all we knew was the suicide squad was trying to kill the justice league since they had been taken over. What killed it was the second gameplay was revealed. Not from what I saw personally, people were in absolute denial that they were gonna kill the JL.
The story concept was fine and could have sold games. It would have rightfully been shat on when people actually saw the story but it wasn't the story that doomed the game. It was the gameplay model.
Go back to Part 5 and make it a nexus point for the series. Either bring back a zombie Roy, or go with the original plan of making Tommy the new killer.I don't think anyone wants Roy lol. Tommy would be interesting though...but the idea of going back before Part 6, the best movie in the series, pains my heart.
Look at the Halloween franchise. People still seem to love it and how many timeline variations are there of it now?
I really hope playable cohosts includes Kayla Braxton.Based on what they said on WWE, it's cohosts of the Pat MCAfee show.

Pretty sure Jason is Mike Myers knockoff, not the otherwise. Was referring to Season Of The Witch. <_<
Can't they make a new F13th with a totally-not-Jason killer?Didn't work so well with Halloween or the series they did.
The TV series has nothing to do with Jason anyway
This is why I say it depends on the contract. Some do specify that an employer owns whatever an employee comes up with. Some licence it for a time period before the rights revert to the creator.Iirc it was because 35 years passed and the Supreme Court made a law back in 1975 that allows writers to petition for ownership of it.
I just think 'I would like to see some more of this IP' is not really relevant to the contractual dispute.
At least with this, part of the blame lies on Archie's incompetence, if I remember correctly. Pretty sure they actually lost the contract or some other document that would've shut ponders down lolFair enough on that lol. I just think the idea of it is just...so braindead.
Depends on the original contract. There's a big difference between 'everything you come up with belongs to your employer' and 'you wrote a piece of media as part of a transaction but after 35 years you can get it back'. Miller had nothing to do with Jason as a character beyond a brief bit of origin and a dream sequence. He was paid for what he did and now intends to let his side if what he now owns to rot. In terms of pure concept, I believe if you are hired to make something, it should be considered owned by the person who hired you.
Do we really want 'anything you come up with belongs to your employer in all circumstances'?
Seems a high price to pay for more Friday 13th content.
While Miller did have a case about the money he was owed, he did not create Jason as we know him today, considering that all we see of Jason in the first movie wasI don't think he even had a case about the money. He was paid to do a job, and he did the job. It's as simple as that. He signed the contract and knew what he was getting into.a fake out scare at the end. Jason in the second movie was a hillbilly with a sack over his head, and it wasn't until the third movie that he got his iconic hockey mask.
All I know is that I am pretty salty this whole thing effected the genuinely pretty fun friday the 13th video game and so every single one of their DLC expansion plans had to get scrapped. My friend and I had way too many goofy moments with the randoms and a shit talking jason.I agree with this too.
No it isn'tYes, it is! And I'm gonna prove you wrong, even if it takes 400+ posts to do it!
@slayer_22 weigh inPineapple? We Pizza Hut employees don't claim TC.
Well good news, people have heard of the game before. In fact, it's won awards for best Xbox game against titles like GTA 5, and Bioshock Infinite. It's actually a really well made game. I wouldn't say its the most profound, but its still really good.Didn't the award show it won against those immediately get canceled after it did?
