This is utterly wrong. US and Russia each sometimes tested as many nukes in one day as NK have *ever*. Wouldn't be surprised if China, the UK and France also pulled that off but don't know for sure off-hand.

In modern times, I am not aware of any other countries conducting nuclear tests besides North Korea.
I am only aware of nuclear tests by North Korea as reported by the media.
If you're talking about unreported or top secret nuclear tests by other countries, then it's all guessing since we have no way of knowing.
