I am similar to you. I get 29 days per year. I will usually take two full weeks per year. The rest I will break up into 2 or 3 day increments. I definitely like having multiple long weekends basically throughout the year. But it is also nice to get a full week off every once in a while. So maybe try that, if so inclined.

I really liked the first one. I was surprised it got a sequel. I don't have an Xbox or use steam, so not looking likely I will play the sequel. Pretty crazy so many people haven't finished this though

I had like a $100 steak at some fancy steakhouse in Chicago. It was a work trip though, so I didn't have to pay. Easily the best steak I've ever had.

I didn't know that they made a fourth one. Just had to look that up. It has been a few years since I watched them. I seem to recall the first one being the best. Since I can't rank Carmichael, I would have to say 1, then 2, then 3.

Definitely nioh 2. I really liked the first, but the QOL improvements in the 2nd make it so much better. I know I had put in over 2000 hours of gameplay when I finally stopped playing. The combat was just so much fun.

As most have stated here, Capaldi's stuff got better after his first season. He definitely hit his stride in the second season. While I didn't mind Jodie, she just never really felt like the Doctor to me. I will also agree that it was horrible writing that did her in though. They would have a lot of episodes that were fairly good just be tainted with horrible endings. It really felt like most of the writers just didn't know good ways to end the stories. The best thing about those episodes was the Master. Honestly, just fantastic casting and performance from him during that run with Jodie.

The show was definitely getting stale even before Joe left the show. And it has gotten even worse after he left. There has still been some funny bits in there, but the show has certainly run it's course. I will say that Q has really stepped up without Joe being on the show though.

I like the ones already mentioned. Grey, theatre, look better. I like honour as well, although oddly enough, colour looks weird to me.

Circiut City and Blockbuster. Definitely miss going to Circuit City. If I had a choice to add something different, I would like to add Borders back in, instead of the other choices available.

I basically just ignore all the Timeless Child stuff they did in doctor who. Not really a fan of them retconning all of the doctor's history there.

Used to really enjoy it when I was younger. Now, I prefer temps in the upper 60's with no humidity.

I hate the interface more than 10, and it has a lot of features that impact performance by default.

11 also periodically has update issues and then Microsoft tells everyone a week later how to do some voodoo workaround so your mouse will right-click again until they hotfix it (exaggeration about some of that...).
Yeah I'm so used to the interface of 7, so I'm sure there would be some annoyance for me. Just been debating if I should just take the plunge and get a new CPU, or just grind it out with my old one. Those update things do sound annoying, and makes me think I should run with my old one till it drops.

I seem to recall 10 having update issues when it first came out. One of the reasons why I didn't upgrade to it. As long as 11 isn't hated, I may go with it on a new CPU. I know mine won't handle it. I just wait for the day when it breaks down on me. But it has lasted like 4 years longer than I would have thought. So I'll keep going on it till it dies. I just wasn't sure if there was a lot of negativity surrounding 11 or not.

I've had the same CPU for years now, like since 2012. I still have windows 7 on it. Never really bothered with 10, since 7 worked more than fine for me. Starting to get around the time to look into a new CPU. Wasn't sure how good 11 is, or of there is something else I should just wait on that may come out in the near future.

If it has a NG+ I will jump right in afterwards, how long I continue to play depends on how much of the crap I collected carries over.
I came in to say this. The Ng+ is the main reason. The first playthrough is about the story and learning the game. The Ng+ is about additional fun stuff. I look at the nioh games, they had it go up to Ng+4. It was all about combat and getting better weapons. I put so many hours into nioh 2 because the combat was just so fun, and there were so many weapons to learn and master.

I think it really comes down to what the cable company offers for packages of cable and internet, vs just having either one alone. On Comast I have both cable and internet for like $170 a month after taxes and everything. I recently asked what it would cost me if I just kept internet and got rid of cable. I was told it was like $110 a month. Granted I could probably go down to a slower speed for internet, but they really seem to price it so you don't get rid of cable and stick with a package deal. I didn't check to see what the cost of just cable was, but I am sure it was over probably $100 or so.
So they definitely try to make it so you package and don't just get internet through them. But if you can find a cheaper internet service than comcast (or whatever cable/internet provider you have) then it seems like it would definitely be worth it to try Hulu plus live tv.

I like to watch races or speedrunners play games. A lot of times I don't have the energy or focus to play a game, so it is enjoyable to just watch people play.

Yeah I have been seeing articles about it for a bit now. Looks pretty good, I will definitely watch it when I get the chance to.

Watch Skinamarink. Not "found footage" per se, but definitely nails the vibe. That movie stayed with me, (although I advise people to avoid it if children in peril triggers you).
I tried to watch that, but couldn't get into it at all. It isn't often I stop watching a horror movie, but after like 10 minutes, I couldn't get into it at all.

Like most sub genres of horror, the quality can vary wildly. I don't mind found footage horror at all. I think a big thing is how good the camera work is. I hated Blair witch because the camera work was so shaky.
I personally thought the hell house movies were decent. I also never go in expecting greatness when watching these types of movies either. Gotta keep those expectations low.

why would you not want it to default to theater view
Really not a fan of theater view. I guess just personal preference, probably just used to default view right now. I do keep switching it back to default view, but it keeps switching to theater view almost all the time.

Yeah, it seems like it has been doing that for quite a while, so maybe it is browser dependent. One thing that has been happening to me though, is that the videos start in theater view instead of default view like half the time. Not sure why it does it, but it is quite annoying.

It looked interesting, but the price takes away any desire I have to purchase it.
