On behalf of the My Nintendo Store team, thank you for registering your interest to purchase the Nintendo Switch 2 system from Nintendo.
We wanted to let you know that youre still in the queue to purchase, and to share with you a handful of updates on what to expect.
What happens now Theres nothing you need to do right now.
The first invitations to purchase through the My Nintendo Store have begun going out. Invitations will continue to go out periodically until all eligible registrants receive an opportunity to purchase (as they become available). Due to a high number of registrations, we cant provide exact timing on when you can expect to receive your invitation.
When its your turn, we'll send you an email inviting you to shop.
If you pre-order or purchase Nintendo Switch 2 from a retailer and later receive an invitation to purchase Nintendo Switch 2 from My Nintendo Store, you are not required to purchase the system from My Nintendo Store.
When to expect your invitation We do have a lot of registrations and apologize that we cant provide exact timing. Rest assured that well continue sending invitations past the systems launch date.
How to spot your invitation - The invitation will come from [email protected]. Please be sure to add this email address to your safe sender list and check your inboxs Junk, Spam, or Promotions folder.
- The invitation email will be from Nintendo.
- The subject line will include Its your time to purchase as well as your choice of system you selected when registering.
One thing to note: Once you receive the invitation email, youll have 72 hours to complete your purchase from when you receive the email, so be ready to act quickly!
