The vote might be happening sooner than December after all

House Speaker Mike Johnson told reporters Wednesday night that he will bring the bill to release the Jeffrey Epstein files to a vote on the floor next week.

I doubt anything exciting will happen on a live video, or if they vote for it that it won't take some time for the files to actually get released.

If I'm not mistaken, the vote may not actually happen until December. They have to wait 7 legislative days before they can even bring it to the floor, and considering they have Thanksgiving week off, that puts it about about Dec 1st/2nd

Looks like there are rumblings that Bovino and his goons might be finally leaving Chicago

Gregory Bovino, the top Border Patrol official leading the charge on the Trump administrations immigration crackdown in cities, along with his agents, are planning to leave Chicago as early as this week as they eye other locations to ramp up arrests, according to three US officials familiar with the planning.

However, it's not all good news, as it seems they might be targeting my city (Charlotte) next. Let me say, in no uncertain terms, that there are no issues here that warrant his presence. He can absolutely go fuck himself.

40 hours. In 2010, Maplestory had an event where the top 10 players won an in-game item (For the time, the best stats for that equipment slot), so I stayed awake for an entire weekend to ensure victory.

I'll allow myself to spend up to $100 in July & December, but the rest of the year is closer to $0/month. Maybe if there's a special sale on PSN/Steam, I'll drop up to $20 for a game, but it's incredibly rare (Case in point: Silksong is the only game I've bought in the last 4 months).
