know a few broad strokes like the red miller claimThis seems like the most lackluster thing to mention in a broad strokes skim of the game, even if it was just up to that point.
PeaceFrog posted... You're fine to feel this way but I dispute that I've been nondescript in calling Ben scum, and also that you think i gave any shits at all about one of your town leans. You're not the center of my universe, and frankly i wasn't aware that voicing suspicion on someone that you think is town is so frowned upon that you can't possibly believe a town would ever do so and risk your wrath. The point is I townleaned SBell and you *instantly* tried to dispute the townlean with absolutely no reasoning.
##vote: ultiI'm just about at solid neutral with Ulti, though it's gotten harder for me to read him since he suddenly started being super nice to me and my brain always thinks there's an ulterior motive.
given my misreading of Wallz post Id like to pressure Ulti more at this point in time.
join me friends

So basically you come off as going out of your way to keep attention on SBell, but you haven't justified it in any way.
PeaceFrog posted... If either sbell or igcd are scum then i think Ben is too and he just showed a bit too much of his hand. As town he only knows that scum knows what SOLO QUEUE is, but can't know if scum was told anything beyond that.
My girlfriend has been wanting to get a second cat... but the one we have is already plaguing my allergies enough. I wonder if getting new vent filters or something for the house will make it easier to tolerate, because i feel bad that we are depriving this girl of a friend.
Sbell has also been horrifically bad & unlucky in his scum games so i don't blame him for trying something different if he is scum.
He hasn't lost the vibe check today so far, I'll give him that much.
I dont think there's a conclusive answer either at this point, but i wanted to see what Sultan would say. Regardless, I like the research you attempted, thats usually a good sign with youSo in going back to find the aforementioned Ben mention of Mario - which, how did death and i both manage to not see that interaction - I found this post, which I again don't like from ben. Death does research as both town and scum, and i feel like Ben is once again giving out town points way too easily. And the way he says it, it almost feels like he's trying to cozy up to death? Perhaps I'm assigning feeling there where there isn't any.
Fine I will help....is it possible you felt this in Paper Mario mafia? I was definitely scum that game and using my insider knowledge to go on tangents about Hidden Powers
That is also possible but I also murdered super quick in paper Mario
#178: "I townlean SBell"Wait, that's the post that got you so out of shape??
#179: Peaf immediately responding "But you shouldn't!" without any justification.

So yeah this is where Ben mentions Mario well before death and i do, and sultan responded immediately. If I'm interpreting events correctly, Sultan earlier told Ben that he was acting like he knew too much and that was fishy but didn't know if scum Ben had done this to town Sultan before. Ben first tried to give a hint, and then was very explicit about paper Mario (as an aside, it would be proper for me to admit that i was completely unable to read Ben in this game until kirby smacked a shitload of sense into me). Ben is correct that he absolutely used hidden scum knowledge to drive town up a wall, in a way that felt like earnest theory crafting. Well to me, anyway. And then sultan says, yeah but i was lynched early so i don't remember.
Sultan was lynched on a d2 special. I remember it clearly because i was part of the train, and he was afk at end of day, and he was LITERALLY MARIO.
I don't fault Sultan for not remembering that game clearly. You could all very easily tell me about super obvious things that I've completely forgotten. So I'm trying not to read too hard into this. But it could definitely be funny business, making conversation for the sake of it to appear active and not actually contribute anything, if they're both scum.
If ben is scum and sultan is town, i can interpret this as ben wanting to show Sultan that:
1. You think i am playing like X to you because you think i am scum
2. Last time i was scum and you were town, i did Y
3. X is not Y, therefore you shouldn't think I'm scum
I have this paranoia about ben because i remember Kirby once making an offhand remark about how Ben is talented at changing his play style from scum game to scum game.
Tldr - Ben was correct that i missed something when i was reading earlier, and i had two trailing lines of thought about it when i went back and found it.what about a town Ben making those same comments does that exist
Perhaps it was better to leave that in the notes and just do "oh yeah thanks for pointing that out, Ben". But i didn't. I saw two situations where scum Ben would do that, so i posted about them.
Wallz feels more like someone TRYING to be unmemorable?
what about a town Ben making those same comments does that existIt does. I'm not clairvoyant. But I think that situation is currently less likely than the one where he is not town.
There's just a few people I'd be willing to vote for (Ulti, Wallz, Crescent, Ben) but I think the one I'll cast at the moment isshe suggested she got my traitor joke when she said I was being town who doesnt care yet
##Vote: Crescent
I need to know that she knows what a trait is. I'm not gonna be able to get past that fact until it's been addressed.
It does. I'm not clairvoyant. But I think that situation is currently less likely than the one where he is not town.fair enough
she suggested she got my traitor joke when she said I was being town who doesnt care yet
Ok JC is being snarky in a town that doesn't really care yet way got the reason I'm townvibing on him.
Anyways I didn't read the opening posts like usual and I'm inquiring now to figure out what "Trait" is even supposed to mean and what mine is even supposed to be because I feel like I have way more questions than answers about something that's apparently part of the game.
Not reading is the B8 national pastime but like I thought she was supposed to be the smart one.Damn lea, that's more cruel than anything i said about sbell.
Said "killer side is also Solo Queue" in post #366. What is this idea based on? Or is this more about the game mechanic of queing up for a game of DBD?Game mechanics. There is no solo queue. You choose either survivor or killer and queue from there. Both could essentially be considered solo queue.

Because if so I will find it easier to believe he could be town this game and sussing me for the reasons he is giving. If not, my only memory of him shouting TMI TMI was the Star Trek game, where he beat me, and I am better at remembering times when I failed.

Fd, welcome back. Glad to have you. Was it primarily crescent's first half of t1 that made an impression on you? Because she spent a lot of time being upset at me, but you think I've been sort of unintentionally under the radar.
Game mechanics. There is no solo queue. You choose either survivor or killer and queue from there. Both could essentially be considered solo queue.
I just think this mystery took about five seconds so I agree with FD it seems like an affectation of some sort.

You might be right that Death tries to be just as helpful as both alignments. My memory is different but my memory sucks. I just find he cares more as town, and when scum his research is all trying to make walls and look like he cares
That COULD be a good point, but my conclusion was that she was not trying to relate to us or blend in at all, otherwise she wouldn't have said the aforementioned stuff about "What is a trait?". I think its pretty normal, or at least NAI for her to be above flavor conversation so much that she acts like she didnt even read it lol
Crescent-Moon
Thought 'solo queue' was a weirdly named scum faction. This sticks out to me because why would 'solo' connect with a team of scum? I couldn't even guess what the scum faction would be named, but it's possible crescent was using her own experience of ACTUALLY being confused by a weird scum faction name to try to relate to those posting about their own thoughts on the faction name/s?
Said "All players have "Traits"? If I have a "Trait", I have absolutely no idea what it's supposed to be."
Uh, what? It's pretty OBVIOUS from my role PM what my trait/s is/are. Like that's the entirety of my role with the definition/s provided after. But I would assume even scum would have traits so this doesn't even make sense as a scum slip. I just don't understand how you could have a trait and not know it. Crescent made more posts about this throughout page 3 and no one seems to care or is running with it.
