I haven't been as into Sayonara this year, but the song is hitting unexpectedly hard this morning for some reason. You Can Have Mine also feels stronger than I remember, though not to such a drastic extent.

Sayonara and World Ender are both pretty fantastic. Sayonara has the more memorable motif and I like how it progresses more, so it definitely wins for me.

Miss Conductor is a nice, but standard J-pop song. PowerOne is peak industrial VGM. Another fairly easy match.

You Can Have Mine and Astebreed are both pretty great too making this a tough match to decide on. They're going for pretty different things too. I think I'm feeling catchy chiptune goodness a bit more.

Very good day. High quality 6-pack.

The past VGMCs introduced me to PowerOne, and the first time I listened to it I didnt like it at all. This contest Ive turned around on it some, I still dont like the crackling noise but Ive come to appreciate the dark industrial atmosphere and the pulsing rhythm at 1:39.

You can tell I've been losing interest in the contest because I've been unintentionally skipping days... I'm not trying to quit voting, but sometimes more than 24 hours passes without the contest being on my mind. But today feels like a round 1 day with how much I liked the whole group of songs. I'm used to having practically everything that I like being wiped out in round 2 (if it even makes it past round 1), so I don't usually have any tough decisions left to make this late in the contest.
