So it's confirmed that Chie will have a new voice right? That sorta sucks. I also reallly want Dave Wittenberg back as Teddie.

Nothing confirmed just yet voice wise for Persona 4 The Golden. Atlus is always trying to please fans though so I imagine if Teddie's and Chie's VAs couldn't come back for Persona 4 Arena they probably won't be coming back for P4 The Golden either. In that case they'd probably have to redo all of their lines with the new voice actors.

Agreed. I really liked her voice. Her new voice actress is supposed to be pretty good so hopefully she'll do a good job.

Looking at this list, she's got a lot of range.

Well, here's hoping. Chie's VA was easily my favorite female VA in anything ever, so it's doubtful it will be topped, but hopefully it's pretty good.
