It's a good idea to wear a smartwatch or a band. Maybe a ring if you're into that.

But it's one thing for me to want my vitals at my side. It's another for the government to mandate it or start putting their hands in the cookie jar.

I have an Apple Watch now and it is useful. It actually probably saved my wife's life because the heart monitor was showing she was in distress from unknown at the time blood clots. If these companies start sharing health information with the government though, my Apple Watch is going straight in the trash.

For example, he went from "just asking questions about vaccine efficacy" to literally defunding vaccination (and research, we literally have no research or development going into bird flu vaccinations as it's still very real and evolving here) programs, neutering the CDC's ability to do anything, and telling people to just take vitamins in his anti-healthcare crusade.

I don't use wearables myself because I find the micromanaging and obsessing about personal data distracting and unappealing.

I just wondered if there were any plans for, I dunno, government harvesting of data to contest disability payments, or anything like that.
