I saw some maga troll in the Yahoo comments section saying that tenants are supposed to notify him of a raise so he can raise their rent. Not sure if they were just being a troll or serious

I actually like that idea. But to fully get onboard, I need a guarantee that when my pay goes down because the company is making everybody part time he'll be an honorable man and lower my rent.
