With lawyers so sly they make Johnnie Cochran look like a Great Malboro they manage to get the case thrown out over incorrect police paperwork and strict legal definitions.

The judge has no choice but to abide by the law.

To my shame

TIL

the police statements to the media set up the case.

When Luigi was arrested in Altoona, all they needed to tell the public is that he looked like the wanted poster. Everything else just brings in jurors convinced of his guilt.

My moment if insight came when some lawyer pointed out there was no need for police to release parts of the notebook.

I think dude should walk because he will not get a fair trial.
