Sausage > Bacon > Ham

But I only eat local sausages, because our laws don't allow for the garbage parts to be put in sausages and hot dogs.

Now I don't mind every bit of an animal used, but I HATE biting into a sausage and getting gristle, excessive fat, or bone. So that's why I prefer Michigan made encased meats.

Ham is more consistently good, so I'm gonna go with it.

Feeling crispy: Bacon

Bacon is the only thing that I miss being a vegetarian. However, even when I was eating meat, I'd rarely eat bacon since it's really bad for our health.

If assuming high quality meats, then sausage. If assuming low quality meats, then ham. Bacon is safe either way, but not an optimal choice.

Absolutely sausage. Pretty much my favorite meat. And yes there are many different kinds/styles. But a good standard American breakfast sausage is my favorite.
