Technically, "promoted tweets", which look like regular tweets but are always BS.lmfao, so I clicked that and for some reason AJ Styles and Adam Cole were at the top of my list. I get it's alphabetical, but still, the fuck is that about? I can't even remember the last time I even saw either on a twitter post, as I do follow a sports gif guy that occasionally posts wrestling stuff, like the blood bath last night, but it's not super often, and I don't think either has been healthy or relevant in quite a while, so that's gotta be something from a year or more ago.
There is a way to temporarily fix it though. I noticed that after reading a bunch of tweets from people like Ron Filipkowski, I started getting a lot more pro -Trump ads (Turns out, the algorithm is broken).

If you go here, you can uncheck certain topics, and it should stop those type of ads from showing... until it decides you want to see it again (ex: I've never clicked a Musk-related tweet, and he was there in the "interests" anyways)
