As much as I would love to see him go to prison, its not going to happen, nor was it ever going to. Anyone who sincerely thought he would was kidding themselves. This is just journalistic grandstanding.

Best case scenario is Trump is convicted and placed under house arrest for the rest of his life.

We literally have one of Trump's trial judges saying, in court, "the last thing I want is to see [him] go to prison."

The man will never see a day behind bars, no matter how much he deserves it. And it's fucking gross.
