He's a neoliberal through and through. That means he owes allegiance to the market and market structures and the institutions that uphold them (courts, banks, legislative norms etc) before and to the exclusion of anything that would help ordinary people, but would interfere with the market.
So he'd never suggest a Great Society, much less a New Deal or more democratic control of the economy/workplace. That limits him to tax cuts and credits, business loans, and technocratic solutions.
oh, interesting. you are sure of your assessment of him being like a neoliberal? what category do you place trump in, in that regard though?
