Yeah, any farmer / animal handler worth their salt will immediately recognize this as not only monstrously cruel, but also completely incompetent.I had to put a cow down because she was old once. For months every time she would get up and down and every bone cracked. One day she could not get up. I worked and worked to get her up with no avail. It broke my heart. I had her 20 years and her name was Bear. She was so sweet. I have memories of how she got her name. During winter she would grow a full shaggy coat. She would run across a field and she looked bear-like. When I had to let her go, I was crying my eyes out. It's not something you want to do. I still remember that action and I hate it.
