Some data mining software has the ability to detect how long you linger over content as well. So if that comment was within the readable portion of your screen, it logged it as something that interested you. Its not smart enough to know why it interested you. It just knows that you looked at the content for an extended period of time. Thats why I can type Tide Pods here and you end seeing an ad for Tide Pods. Fuck, Im going to see them now.
