The fuck? Please, please? She sounded like she was being attacked then showed teachers trying to protect students >_>

Doubly so considering that this writer happens to be a woman, and Neonazis aren't too fond of those, either. Actually, that rule applies to ALL racial supremacists, no matter their flavor.
Seems like people who call themselves free speech absolutists always out themselves as only being absolutists for speech they agree with.
"It is possible to commit no mistakes and still lose. That is not a weakness. That is life."
I'm drowning in all this free speech!

The irony is that they want free speech because they know their speech is, at best, controversial and would be rallied against or censored in most non-free speech democracies.

She responded to a few people calling out her hypocrisy with, "I was mostly kidding. I just don't want college kids arrested on the order of their own universities. It's grotesque."

Now, I'm not seeing any further response from her on what part she's not kidding about.

Someone advocating for mass murder of other people, and referring to said people as "animals" wants us to be friends with Naizs.

I can't even be sarcastic about that. This is a duck calling themselves a duck here.

There seems to be an age and race gap on what is a peaceful protest and what's not.

Her take in the recent Twitter post is obviously wrong.
Her take in the story from 7 years ago actually makes sense when you read more than just the bait headline, not that any of you clowns bothered to do that.

Enlighten us since you've apparently clicked and read it. What was her 7 year-old take really about ?

The short version is encouraging people to talk with them and engage them in legitimate discussions instead of letting them remain in their hate-filled echo chambers. It's harder to hate somebody you know. Basically the same story from American X where Ed Norton's character slowly befriends the black guy in prison. Goes from constant death stares to joking about basketball teams.

And if you bothered to pay attention, the point is showing the hypocrisy. Shes free speech absolutist who wants pro Palestinian protestors arrested.
He who strikes with meaning is killed by meaning.

A pertinent real-life example would be Daryl Davis:

This is a lot easier when you aren't the people they want to murder. The fact that some people succeded doesn't mean everyone should risk their necks

Also it kind of undercuts the message when she's now advocating for people getting nuked. Brings the motive of her older article into question. Or perhaps, makes it more clear.

Almost like it's hard not to turn into an extremist when people are literally marching in the streets calling for the deaths of you and your religion.... AGAIN.

Wait, hold on.

Which extremists are you talking about? Cause it's the nazis marching in the streets calling for the deaths of others.

Why are "free speech absolutists" always the complete opposite? lol
Because there's no such thing as a "free speech absolutist." It's just a matter of time before they're triggered by something. I guess for her it was pro-palestinian protesters and not actual fucking Nazis

Nope. You don't make friends with Nazis. You, in fact, should do the complete opposite.
People can talk about Daryl Davis and what he did all they want. He's an admirable guy. I only have so much energy to expend. I'm going to expend it on protecting the people the Nazis target. The onus isn't on me to make the Nazis not be Nazis, that's on them.
Furthermore, The GOP is a Fascist Organization and must be destroyed
The only things that have historically prevented Nazism or stopped it in its tracks are working class politics and solidarity providing an alternative, or denazification and violence.
I gotta be righteous, I gotta be me, I gotta be conscious, I gotta be free, I gotta be able, I gotta attack, I gotta be stable, I gotta be black.
