it says hes awaiting a court date for the threats he made towards another kid

He wont be charged as a murderer but hes going to receive some form of punishment for his actions

Kid is 10 and already murdered one person who was simply sleeping and never did anything to him and then he threatens another kid. Yeah I'm guessing this kid is destined to end up in jail.

The boy was then taken to the Gonzales County Sheriff's Office and booked in on a terroristic threat charge for the school bus incident.
If they can successfully deem this kid as a domestic terrorist, they could prevent his next murder since it seems pretty obvious the child is a psychopath or sociopath.

Psychotic in medical terminology refers to hallucinations or delusions typically, a disconnect from reality. This kid seems to have no empathy and maybe no emotion, which is more akin to psychopathy.

Not trying to argue, just trying to correct the terminology.

This kid is fundamentally broken in some way and shouldn't be out in society. Probably should be in some sort of supervised group home. If he's out he WILL hurt or kill someone else.

The adults in this kids life absolutely need to be investigated. Maybe they innocently sold it but I wouldnt be surprised if they knew, if they helped cover it up, and if there was child abuse.

Damn, that point where they're clearly not mentally developed enough to be properly held accountable by the judicial system, and yet still committed one of the most heinous crimes imaginable for no good reason and seems intent on doing it again in the future.

Texas child prisons are notoriously awful and even worse then the adult prisons with prison guards consistently being found to be child predators. Remember that cash for kids scandal? Pretty sure that was Texas too.
